Meet our location
The restaurant, in typical Volendam building style, is surrounded by water with jetties and boats. Through large windows or from the terrace you look out over it beautifully. Boats on the Pieterman logo, a large carp on the silk wallpaper and fishing boats on the bottles of our own wine brand. In many places in the restaurant we give a nod to the fishing of Volendam. The lager brewed especially for Pieterman and the six types of special beers also have a nod to fishing.
Pieterman's interior is homey and upscale. Although the restaurant is spacious, you will always find a cozy corner where you can sit quietly and noiselessly. Weather permitting, you can relax on Volendam's largest terrace. Here you can listen to rippling waves and birds. Do not wait too long and ontsnap to the hustle and bustle of everyday life!
